Swartek is proud to support Quantum Warriors, a local FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC) Robotics team dedicated to inspiring students through hands-on engineering, robotics, and problem-solving experiences. Programs like FTC give students the opportunity to move beyond theory and engage directly with the challenges—and rewards—of real-world STEM learning.
Through our support, the Quantum Warriors gained access to essential materials, technology resources, and competition opportunities throughout the season. These tools enabled students to design, build, test, and refine robotic systems while learning the value of teamwork, critical thinking, and perseverance. Each competition became more than a technical exercise—it was a lesson in resilience, creativity, and collaboration.
At Swartek, we believe that investing in STEM education is an investment in the future workforce and the communities they will serve. Exposure to engineering and robotics at an early age helps students build confidence in their abilities and see themselves as problem-solvers and innovators.
